Eating in Berlin: Glory duck

Unbezahlte Werbung - My experience at Glory duck

What: Glory duck
Where: Sonntagsstr. 31 // 10245 Berlin

Glory duck is a modern asian restaurant based directly at "Ostkreuz" Berlin. As the name already says, it is known for it's crispy duck. But the variety of veggie dishes and vegan options shouldn't be underestimated either.

The restaurant is pretty dark, decorated with loads of flowers and lanterns. It makes you feel cozy and relaxed in the busy center of Berlin.
When we arrived it was quite packed, but we managed to find a seat outside on the little benches.
We began our dinner with a fresh starter of veggie spring rolls that we shared. Always a good choice.

Along with some icecold drinks, we had our mains. My dad went for the traditional asian duck, my mum had a salmon bowl, my boyfriend chose the chicken curry and I had the vegan plate of colorful veggies combined with sticky rice. Everything was arranged in a very nice way, looking super fresh and healthy. I loved the sauce they created for the veggies. Just the right amount of creaminess.

Everytime I go to an asian restaurant, I need to have traditional coffee. It is so sweet and the perfect way to end a fun dinner night. Also the green tea ice cream was a yummy treat.

If you are looking for a beautiful restaurant with super friendly staff and an incredibly fast service, I can totally reccomend Glory duck to you.
