So many feelings.

Sometimes I feel like a vase that is filled with so many different feelings - about to overflow.

Sometimes our emotional vase is completely filled up.  We store so many feelings, some of them we never let out.  Mostly these are the negative feelings, we are ashamed of... feelings made up by stress or anxiety...sometimes things like self-doubt, feeling not good enough, embarrassment and shame.  
Storing these emotions is perfectly normal. But sometimes it all just gets a little much. 

We need to learn how to release the pressure of holding in our pain and worries. A really powerful way is to visualize letting go of the feelings, maybe by going for a walk, or even by writing everything down. My favorite way to cope with it, is yoga. Yoga gives me so many positive emotions and lets me breathe free and calm.

Personally my emotional bucket is quite full right now. Not necessarily of negative emotions, but just a random mix of different thoughts and vibes. When I feel like I am not able to sort anything out in my head anymore, I like to turn to yoga to kind of clean up my mind and heart. 

Therefore, I like to use several little mantras, I repeat in my mind while performing a cleansing yoga flow to clean my emotional palette and get some inner peace. Mantras can help align with peace being consciously in tune with the centered, serene place that’s always there–we always have the power to get there, when we choose to be on the same frequency.
