Healthy power cookies.

I am the biggest cookie-monster. My fave ones are chocolate cookies. Crispy on the outside, dewy  and soft on the inside. I figured out a 4 ingredient recipe, that tastes amazing and is super healthy as well.

What you need for 1 serving (about 5 cookies): 
4 tbsp of cocoa powder
4 tbsp of oats
4 tbsp of honey
5 crushed walnuts
A blender (I love using my Vitamix)

What to do:
First blend up your oats into a soft flour. Then add in the cocoa powder and mix well. Add in the nuts, honey and blend everything together with a little bit of warm water. Try adding enough water so a creamy dough will form, but not too much so it gets runny. Then form little round shapes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for around 5min at 180°C. Make sure to not leave them in for too long, or else they will get super hard.
